Job Overview:
SMCSE is looking for a skilled and experienced and “Web” centered UI/UX Designer to join our collaborative and innovative team to create visually attractive and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment. The Ideal candidate will be capable of creating both functional and appealing features that address our company & clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.
Qualification:
• Minimum experience of 2-3 years as a UI/UX designer,
• Proven certifications in UI/UX designing or a strong portfolio of design projects,
• Proficient in prototyping, wireframe, and design tools (e.g. XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.),
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically, Illustrator & Photoshop),
• BS degree in Graphics or CS/IT or relevant field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback,
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups,
• Translating requirements into style guides for developers, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces,
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components,
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables),
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness),
• Collaborating effectively with the management, team, and Clients
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design to enhance user experience.
